Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

While I have had some issues with the software from time to time (like all software), the staff has ALWAYS been kind and courteous and always nice to work with even when I wasn't. AutoDS is the heartbeat of my store so just like my real heart, when I have a problem it is serious, The way they dealt with my recent issue restored my faith in AutoDS. I have chatted with support several times and they have been VERY helpful, and fast. I appreciated their cheerfulness and understanding. They have been a pleasure to work with.

It's truly helped out greatly, especially for a beginner like myself, this is much appreciated. Reason for 4 stars is some tweeks that are confusing or not able to do.

What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided!

DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.

If this makes things faster and easier, then I love it, but I am still learning. The thing that sucks for someone starting out is having to buy a plan for each store.

it does what it says it does and make my life as a dropshipper easier, the 24/7 help senter is very helpful and kind, this is a very good tool to work with and ill continue to use it in the future as well

good app to use for drop shipping , helped me out a lot starting off and id recommend to anyone wanting to start

There is quite a lot to learn form this experience. AS someone new the system provided did help guide me in a decent way. Hopefully it can be even more simpler to navigate and understand the most important aspects to using this application vs other options

Pretty easy to use but lots of random fees and some info is left out on how to integrate with CJdropship, small bugs, videos could be more straightforward. Overall good

i like how it automates the process for you and was a little confusing but i did some quick research and was able to get it right

It is a great app and very user friendly , slightly expensive for using minimal functionality is my only criticsim
