They charged my card without authorization then they put you through this nightmareish reverse funnel to try to get my money back. They are quite arrogant as well. Then they kept $30 out of the 250 they originally took out of my account.

I love the platform, it has so many function to help upgrade dropshipping.

I had initially had a very poor experience with this app, however Dorina from Auto DS surprised with me a very positive communication this morning, which helped bring resolution to all of my previous concerns.
She was willing to accommodate my concerns, and listened to my feedback, and has been very helpful. This is honestly the first time I have had a company be so through in genuinely wanting to work with me to ensure a positive experience despite the initial experience being so-so.
