Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

Haven't fully used the app yet but I just had a question about my billing information. Customer service was helpful with providing me with the information I needed.

Pour l'instant, rien à redire, à voir avec le temps. Je débute tout juste donc je verrais ça dans 2 mois d'utilisation.

I love the fact that this automates my orders si i dont have to do it. its great but i wish it was cheaper lol

It's truly helped out greatly, especially for a beginner like myself, this is much appreciated. Reason for 4 stars is some tweeks that are confusing or not able to do.

Auto DS had been a super user-friendly tool for shipping automation. The user interface is very intuitive, and the educational videos have been a phenomenal help.

seems like a good 3PL, support could be faster but I like their product sourcing feature. I really like the free trail offer they are giving with Jordan Bown's course. Going to work with them more and see if they're a good fit.

What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided!

DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.

If this makes things faster and easier, then I love it, but I am still learning. The thing that sucks for someone starting out is having to buy a plan for each store.

it does what it says it does and make my life as a dropshipper easier, the 24/7 help senter is very helpful and kind, this is a very good tool to work with and ill continue to use it in the future as well

Has been very helpful when selecting products for DS. Easy to use and look forward to seeing the outcome.
