While I have had some issues with the software from time to time (like all software), the staff has ALWAYS been kind and courteous and always nice to work with even when I wasn't. AutoDS is the heartbeat of my store so just like my real heart, when I have a problem it is serious, The way they dealt with my recent issue restored my faith in AutoDS. The issue I encountered was not truly resolved, but the assistance I received in attempting to troubleshoot the problem was helpful. I appreciate the prompt replies I received from the Support Team. Even though the outcome was not to my liking it was not a due to the lack of support from AutoDS.

Great app for shopify sellers. I gave only 4 and not 5 stars because some bugs exist and it does get slow pretty often.
