can't cancel they just keep popping up with the same AI generated responses have not used once would not recommend due to lack of actual people for support.

THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY AND THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND. WHEN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER THEY KEEP ALL THE MONEY. THEY CHARGE WAY MORE THAN ALIEEXPRESS!!
They can reply on this message to try to look good in front of new customers but they are ignoring me for days. Every time I start a new chat they say I can not start new case and they close it. Dont fall for these scammers!!

She has been a great help, and has everything work like it's supposed to again.
She's even around when she's off work sometimes, like today she took extra time to help me.
