Auto DS: AI Dropshipping & POD

I’ve just started using Auto DS: US Dropshipping & POD for a while now, and it has been a great tool for automating my dropshipping business. The integration with my store was smooth, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and manage my products.

One of the standout features is the automated order fulfillment, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual errors. The app also provides a wide range of products to choose from, and the inventory management tools are reliable.

However, I did encounter a few minor issues with customer support response times, which could be improved. Additionally, while the app offers a lot of features, some of them come with a steep learning curve, especially for beginners.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Auto DS to other dropshippers looking to streamline their operations. It’s a solid platform with room for improvement, but it delivers on its core promises.

Great app! had some issues with the pricing on my store due to a technical error on my end, received support from Hannah, now things are running smoothly. I'd, recommend this app because of the fast and helpful customer service.

It was very difficult to get a hold of chat support as AutoDS continues to grow. They have to handle an ever growing workload so they close the chat during peak times.

Once I was able to get in contact (late in the evening, 1:30a ET), I was kindly assisted by Shalauddin from Bangladesh. He was thorough with his guidance & extremely attentive to make sure all my questions were answered.

I like autods. Im pretty new so there is definitely a learning curve but nothing HARD. just a matter of reading ands understanding the user friendly layout. Support has been awesome. None of my questions have gone unanswered. I recently worked with ariane on some support issues and she really helped a lot.

I think my experience has been pretty good so far, I'm just having trouble figuring out if I'm fulfilling my orders correctly. If someone buys the product on my website I want to make sure it will actually work and be shipped to them.

So far AutoDS has offered sufficient training to get me started on more store. AutoDS should add website editing abilities so I can add my company name and logo to my existing website. I think my website was offered through Ecomm websites but this should be available through autods.

The app is great with helpful support and an automatic process that requires minimal oversight. However, a drawback is the need to maintain a balance in your wallet for auto-fulfillment, which also incurs fees each time. Additionally, the app lacks product branding options like custom packaging or logos, which would complicate to build a unique brand identity.

Very easy registratgion, but when you first time come in you dont understand anything but after using this app one day it is very easy to use, but i dont like prices to monthly payments

AutoDS is a great platform for an all in one 3PL. I will say their UI/UX is great and prob the best I've seen compared to cjdropshipping, hypersku, commercive, and bsdropshipping. One thing I can say to be improved is that the price quotes from sourcing is sometimes worse than CJ, making me choose them over autods for some products. But other products come out cheaper, so I guess that's just manufacturers and logistics. But the sourcing is faster then CJ so I will give them that.

Overall worth giving them a try if your starting ecommerce/dropshipping, they got everything you need. And their youtube channel as well actually has helpful guides such as what dropshipping even is or how to dropship on tiktok shop.
