What a difference good customer service makes. In this case from zero to hero. As per my previous review, I had a terrible initial experience with the customer service over chat. They basically just copy & pasted irrelevant information and left me hanging for 3 weeks but after leaving the previous review they assigned Dorina Tsompani to help me. Dorina walked me through every issue, made sure everything worked and completely changed my mind about the AutoDS. She is an absolute star. I hope that I can provide the same level of customer experience to my customers that she provided!

DO NOT USE AUTO DS, IT IS SCAM SOFTWARE. I watched all their tutorials and followed all their instructions. I tried to connect 2 products from Amazon and 1 from AliExpress, standard dropshipping sources that their software should be able to handle based on what they say it can do but it didn’t work. I submitted a ticket and they said the would have their developers look into why it wasn’t working. 3 weeks later and multiple job tickets submitted and responded to but still no progress. They had the gaul to only offer me 15% for my troubles so that I would be paying 85% for a software that works 0% with no idea of timeline for the fix given. No thank you. You have been warned, don’t make the same mistake and believe all their promising YouTube videos. Don’t waste your time and money.

Dorina has been very helpful in helping to rectify the unfortunate experiences I had with AutoDS in the beginning. She has done a fantastic job in helping me navigate the software and address immediate issues with orders. Thank you Dorina!

If this makes things faster and easier, then I love it, but I am still learning. The thing that sucks for someone starting out is having to buy a plan for each store.

Good for starting dropshipping

So far, is going well. As a new dropshipper, the system is confusing at times. But every time I run into an issue, I click on the LIVE CHAT and in less than 2 minutes I'm chatting live with an AutoDS helper. Today I had a couple of questions, and Natalia was super helpful in answering them.

One little disappointment though I had was that I had a delay with my FIRST order, and the tracking number wouldn't be provided soon, you know, customers want to know the whereabouts of their orders soon, but eventually I was able to go through with the shipment. Currently waiting on the arrival of my first order, lets see how the estimated shipping time holds. But overall, I"m excited doing this Dropshipping business and having AutoDS as a team!

Really usefull app

There is quite a lot to learn form this experience. AS someone new the system provided did help guide me in a decent way. Hopefully it can be even more simpler to navigate and understand the most important aspects to using this application vs other options

AutoDS has a lot of useful features. In my opinon there are just tons of things that seem way too complicated for someone who is just starting e-com. It took me days to figure out some of the features. I would personaly make the website more simple. Also I feel like there are tons of bugs like I can´t import the product for some reason and it keeps saying the product was not found on the supplier website, even tho the product is there. Another thing is, I upgraded my plan on Sep. 22th and AutoDS will charge for the next month on Oct. 10th which makes no sense kind of. I bought the plan on Sep. 10th but upgraded it on Sep. 22th what I think I should be charged on October 22th, not 10th. There are just lots of things that you still need to work on in my opinion, but the services you provide are amazing, no other 3PL can compete with you.
