I cannot even get the products to show up as not sold out. I redesigned my store to fit the products and now i have a store full of sold out items.

absolute scam. Does not work for my store to connect to Amazon AU. they tell you this after fumbling around for 2 weeks and i have already paid for the membership. absolute junk app. promises so much but doesnt deliver. LITERALLY. cannot fulfill orders automatically and the 'help' cannot tell me how to fix it.

really hard to reach out to them and i have been charged 517 CAD without my permission and i have not even started using the app, nothing was done and i was charged. Now i cant get hold of them for a refund

Paid $150 for Phantom Inventory:
Every product I brought in via AutoDS went out of stock shortly after import, even though the original listing remained in stock. After a month ($150), I had nothing but disabled listings and customer frustration. Maybe it’s a syncing issue, but either way it wasn’t workable for me.

-1 I have actually talked with customer service before leave the platform and all they did was to make me feel secure I won’t be charged after cancellation free trial and they actually charged me,luckily that I didn’t had funds on the card,I need to stress myself fixing their direct debit stuff. Totally scammers,tell something and do something else.

A year ago this app was good, now a days the app has a lot of problems, and nothing has been solved.
can't update inventory and prices, can't edit items, images are disappearing, no update from source suppliers, the app is shows wrong inventory which considered very risky for drop shipping,
the support just sent all these issues to their engineers and it has been 70 days and they are still done NOTHING.
