Dialogue ‑ AI Personalization

We are in our first month of trialling Dialogue, and already we have seen higher than estimated ROI levels. The product has glitches, but the team is so prompt and invested in our success, that each bug is sorted within the shortest periods of time. Yael and Adielle are customer success reps of the highest quality, and they are proactive and super helpful in making the onboarding process smooth and easy. They are always feeding back feature requests to the devs so the whole team seems very synced. I would 100% recommend Dialogue for any ecommerce business running off Shopify.
