Their app stopped my bulk email sent for unknown reasons! I emailed them and they took 4-5 days to reply to the email. The service is really disappointing. Not recommend it at all!

We had an important launch. The app only sent to ¼ of our customers. Their support was responsive and helped us troubleshoot.
