ADU: Automatic Discounts

I appreciate this app as I was looking for a way to give my Canadian customers an automatic discount to help counter the low value of the Canadian dollar. Derek responds quickly to questions.

At this time, the discount only appears after the customer clicks the checkout button. It would be much better if the discount appeared at the cart stage and I hope that they can make this improvement in the future.

Automatic Discounts & Gifts adds much needed capability to Shopify. The ability to deploy discounts driven by customer tags, the presence of particular items in the cart, and stacked discounts that provide a different percentage off depending on the product being sold. We had a small issue when implementing the app and the developer was very responsive and corrected the issue quickly. We would definitely recommend this app.

This app is very easy to use, and the response of the support is very fast. Price is very affordable, the features can meet most of your basic needs. We have used the automatic discounts most, they have worked very well, no bugs or errors. We will explore more features, and then add more info to our review in the near future.

We needed the app for a specific use case and it worked out well. Support was great when we were having issues with set up. Would recommend for others to use. We no longer needed the app after our specific use case wasn't needed anymore but will keep it in mind for future solutions.

I initially had some compatibility issues with my Theme but I must say once these were smoothed out the app is working well. I especially love the bundle deals (I'm using BOGO -Choose 3 for $XX) this promo is working really well for me. I have also used stacked deals in the past. Derek has been kind enough to speed up my checkout and remove any incompatible features. Yes I would recommend this app as it does have a lot of features for discounts.

Shopify limits automatic discounts to 25 items which is very limiting. That is why I choose ADG . And I like the Success Fee plan on ADG . ADG onboarding expert Ron Mitre was very helpful.
