I'm using the free package, and it seems to work fine for what I need.
The free tier seems to offer better functionality than other comparable apps

This app is excellent for achieving all that you need to increase your subscribers list. Great app!!

While the support chat feature is nice and the agents helpful, I found most of the options for this app limited. You are unable to customize the pop up to change the content requests. I cannot email my subscribers a marketing email unless I'm willing to pay $95 a month, a service that Shopify currently offers for free.

I used this app for a popup campaign, It worked fine the first time, some time after when I started a second popup campaign it did not work because the coupon code from the first campaign shows as the code of the second campaign, I even deleted the first code to avoid it from showing it and it didn't work, . Tried everything, this app is messed up, it shows any coupon code, not the one you decide to,. Its Very confusing for costumers and frustrating, I need to find an app that works well always not just the first time.

I really want to give this more star's but I think there is something wrong with. it. On my most recent campaign I had over 8k Subscribers yet I got 0 clicks on the push notifications. I have sent over 24k emails with Automizely and my click rate is lower than .5%. I Installed another App which only has 300 subscribers and I got 25 clicks running the first campaign. I LOVE Aftership Returns Center & Tracking, but this app needs more work.

I've used this app and it works correctly. The email marketing message was awesome. They should add more free features to their app. The experience was very good.

So far so good. Very helpful customer service and easy to use! (and I am using the free verion which is a bonus!)
