I´m currently setting the app, and it is very intuitive and easy to use. Also, the customer chat is very helpful and answers very quickly to your questions.
Just downloaded this app this morning, as one of my goals is to grown my email list. So far I only have set the email capture popup. Ridiculously easy to set up the email popup and published in no time. In the Admin screen, you open the PopUp tab, so simple to edit my own text, add my logo and photos, etc. Looking forward to playing around with the other tools.
So far i find it awesome. Lets see now how it helps in growing my business. I am working on making visually attractive website, This app has done some good trick on it.

Great support, quick response. Had a question about removing branding for the sales popup feature, and the customer support replied within 1 min and solved the problem
it's really great app i wasn't expecting that services with high quality , friendly support fast and quick solving.
Just started using this app I really was happy with the support received to set it all up on my store.
The app is fine but this developer engages in some very dubious practices making it difficult to trust them. So first things first they need to "review" your store in order to remove their branding on popups. They claim in-app that that this feature is "disabled for free". So I requested it and it was removed. A weird practice but ok.
Next day I had to reinstall the app, requested it again, and it was DENIED because "I am not a paying customer". Why don't they specify this to begin with? I'll just go ahead and upgrade then.. not.
They automatically create an account for you when you install the app. Why do I want an account for this app? How do I even delete the account? Nothing is specified and you don't get options. The account is useless when it won't even remember my settings or that a feature was added or removed.
Next, they will send emails to YOUR customers using THEIR email address BY DEFAULT. No warning, no instructions to change it, no settings to toggle, nothing. Your customers will receive emails from @automizelymarketing or whatever with no warnings. So all in all, very unimpressed.
EDIT: They will also keep spamming your inbox even if you unsubscribe. Not totally surprised.
