App is easy to use, and there is good and quick support whenever I have an issue or query about something.

So far it seems easy to use. There's no hidden fees and is relatively robust for a free app. The customer service is not bad and until I run into any potential future issues the app is a 5 star for me. Update 8.02.21
Customer service is still great and the app still works as stated. It would be nice if there were slightly more customization options, but as free apps go, this is wonderful.
Anmol provided me with great customer, helping me fix a few concerns on my site. This app has been a game-changer for my business. Their email marketing platform is one of my favorites.
The best part is that is FREE and convenient for small businesses. Their response time to questions is awesome and always helpful. Their popup is very easy to design and so many options unlike other apps that are limited. I've generated a substantial income from their welcome messages with a code.
I have been using the app for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it. All the things I need to help make my website more effective are in one place. And the things it doesn't yet have I feel will only come in time as they are constantly putting out new features. As a growing small business the extent of the free features are truly helpful.
