I must admit, I am still testing and playing the Automizely Page Builder. Then I discovered one can remove the name of the Automizely Page Builder of the Product page. I clicked on the link, and a chat box popped up. I thought it was one of those bots that just automatically answer questions, but low and behold Pratiksha appeared and asked if she could help to remove the name off the product page. She is very friendly and with 30 seconds the job was done. Customer Service is certainly 1000 stars worth. To the CEO/Management: please give your staff a pay rise, as good Customer Service is very rare these days, and Pratiksha and co, can use the extra income, I am sure.
