Simple to set up and configure to match my store settings. I have had to use the support option once and was helped tremendously by Akanksha who resolved my issue very quickly and with a great level of service.

The customer service reps at AfterShip Reviews are simply top-notch, providing responsive and helpful support with every interaction. They quickly answered all of my questions and even provided additional resources to give me a deeper understanding of their product. Kudos to their customer service team for going the extra mile!

Sometimes it seems like technology companies excusably deprioritize customer service. Not so with AfterShip Reviews. Every interaction I've had with their team has been professional and pleasant. There's a lot to be said for an app with such a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
