I am just getting started, but it seems very easy to set up and I believe it will be very helpful to our business.

I have always been reluctant to go this route for reviews, but today I decided to try this review app. Wow, am I super sparked that I did try it out? I always check reviews when I make online purchases; I am sure others do likewise. Please allow me to share this with you. I am not the most brilliant apple in the barrel; I am a senior citizen with absolutely no technical skills; in addition to this, after they got me up and running, I did not follow through with instructions and deleted everything. Their attitudes was, "Oh sure, we can help you with that." as though I had not impeded on their entire afternoon. If you are considering an app to obtain legit reviews for your site, look no further, and trust me when I say; I do not see how the other apps can be better than this one; top that of with professional, patient customer service, count me in. Thank you guys so much; tomorrow, you can look forward to helping me with the video section. LOL. Here is the icing on the cake, no one has asked me for a monthly subscription fee; I think it's because I am not on a free platform plan. Take care and stay safe.

I used this app to help me get customer trust on my dropshipping store. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone doing the same.

Probably the best for free review app for shopify ever. And they keep improving it. I was using another app (who knows, knows) but not only it has fewer options, it also has problems with the name of the reviewers that keep changing to generic/false names like "John Smith" or "Maria" what discredits the business. This one is really great, has potential to be even better but already deserves 5 stars.

Great app. Awesome customer service. The only downside is that I do think it makes my stores speed score a bit lower
