I've been using this app to collect customer reviews automatically. The scheduled emails are excellent. I've just had to contact customer service about a customer request I couldn't find the answer to and the response was quick, polite and completely solved my problem.
I'd definitely recommend Automizely.

Just downloaded today and already it is working great and is showing reviews! So easy to work with and I am able to send emails to my clients to have them review past orders! Tried another app and it was terrible! This one works very well and lots of free features !

I used this app to import reviews for products. I really like this app because it allows me to import reviews automatically by just one click, which is really convenient. It would be nice if I can sort the type of reviews that I want to import. For example, sometimes I need some 4-star reviews instead of all 5-star reviews. Generally speaking, I enjoyed about using this app. Recommend.
