I use this app to collect customer reviews. My store is brand new, so I haven't gotten any reviews yet, but the customer service is Amazing. I had a few questions today and Nitesh was my customer service representative. He took care of my issues quickly and without issue. I appreciated his great service.

it has been pretty simple to use and when i ran into an issue the help desk was able to help me solve it immediately.

Overall very easy to use with very fast customer support. I hope they will start shipping to europe soon too.

Have tried many other review apps and this one is the best! I can import reviews from Amazon by myself and delete them as I want (I used another app that cannot fulfill), and thanks for the customer service!

This is a great app to use for your shopify store and import external reviews. Customer service is very good with quick replies. Highly recommended.

Setting up the automatic review requests was extremely easy! The customer support is also really quick about responding to any questions.
