but the app is not as useful for my use case due to limitations in tiktok shop categorization of the product.. I was looking for a one click solution to sync my shopify products to tiktok shop, however using aftership feed, I need to manually map products or categories which is cumbersome when I have 1000 or so SKUs

Sandiya was able to resolve my issue quikcly, understanding the urgency needed and helping to resolve immediate issues our business was facing, syncing old orders to get caught up before a sales call the next day. she was very caring, and extremely helpful!!!!
