The app is really helpful. Though we had some issues with the sync right now, it is not the app's fault but internal limitations/set up. Thanks for great supports!
Support was very helpful. With login issues.
The app needs a few bugs fixed but overall a great tool. I was having issues with my TikTok Shop syncing with Aftership. I deleted Items from my TikTok but the items were still Live via Aftership. This caused issues with product syncing and allowed customer to still purchased items that were removed. Kumar with Aftership took time to help me reset my account and now things are properly synced so far.

Although learning the new app & connecting it to tiktok shop is confusing the team at Aftership is most helpful. I've reached out several times and they are always quick to respond and so helpful.
