Aftership Feed has worked flawlessly for the first year. I was going thru the re-authorization process and needed to contact support. Support was very helpful and resolved my issue and helped me go thru the correct process to complete the re-authorization.
this app has been installed and is coming up with a blank screen, been over a week waiting to get any help from developer

Aftership trick you into signing up to all their apps and their chat function doesn’t work unless you then sign up to TikTok. I’ve messaged and they still wont refund me, just have a load of auto generated responses.

I want to assure you that our applications are independent of each other and can be used on their own. Our chat support also works from the admin panel of all our products and can assure you that to chat with our support team, you do not need to connect or sign up on TikTok.
As shared on the chat you have initiated, you can cancel the subscription anytime from the AfterShip Billing section.

I love this app! I don’t know what I would do without it because it has made things so smooth with syncing my products to TikTok. It takes some time to learn and figure everything out but once you do that I think you will love it and find it easy to use. The customer service is amazing, I have never had an issue that they couldn’t solve for me in a matter a minutes. Thank you AfterShip!
DO NOT USE THIS APP... makes duplicate orders on EVERY Order... and then makes each sale item go out of stock (even when there is thousands in inventory for that item). Every single order, it duplicates it then says item is out of stock. Customer support is the WORST of any app ever used and I have 4 Shopify Stores and been using Shopify for 8 years.... DO NOT use unless you want non stop stress and headaches and a NON proper working app

I am a new business owner, meaning that I am going through a lot of issues and challenges, however, AfterShip Feed Support is extremely helpful. The app needs a few bugs fixed but overall a great tool. I was having issues with my TikTok Shop syncing with Aftership. I deleted Items from my TikTok but the items were still Live via Aftership. This caused issues with product syncing and allowed customer to still purchased items that were removed. Kumar with Aftership took time to help me reset my account and now things are properly synced so far.

We've had our TikTok sales channel open but left unused for a long time due to issues with product & order sync. Only now that we've connected our shop with Aftership were we able to get our first order placed on TTS and fulfilled by Shopify.
There was a slight learning curve to overcome when managing 3 different platforms and getting things to work properly, especially with how notoriously difficult it is to get good support on TTS, but the team at Aftership has been extremely helpful with getting things setup.
Support has been keen on answering all of my doubts and helping me navigate and understand the app both through chat and on 1:1 video calls. I was even offered an extension on my free trial to ensure we got up and running before upgrading.
Can't thank them enough!
