Kumar was great. After spending countless hours going back and forth between shopify, tiktok, my supplier, and Aftership, Kumar was the only one who was able to help me get past hours and hours and hours of frustration. The team at tiktok was useless, thank goodness for Kumar;.

but the app is not as useful for my use case due to limitations in tiktok shop categorization of the product.. I was looking for a one click solution to sync my shopify products to tiktok shop, however using aftership feed, I need to manually map products or categories which is cumbersome when I have 1000 or so SKUs
Customer Service is excellent. It's improving, but still not very intuitive for set up.

I had some issues connecting our TikTok account and I contacted customer support. Sadhan connected with me and helped me through the entire process. He made sure that we sorted out every problem together. #1 customer support I have received from any Shopify app!
Charged £200 for 1 month with ZERO orders! Refusing to give a refund. Will be going elsewhere.
