I was having an issue with my TikTok shop syncing to Aftership and the team were very helpful and called me to ensure that the problem was sorted in a timely manner. My problem is sorted and I appreciate their time - highly recommend!
Cool app. Save us time as we can see live updates just from Shopify.
So far so good! Starting new Shopify Store and launching via several Sales Channels including Tik Tok. Many reviews recommended AfterShip and will be trying myself. Install was easy, interface is simple and looks promising. Prabha did an excellent job helping me get started as I took advantage of the 30 day free trial. Looking forward to using AfterShip Feed and selling on TikTok!
I really love this app! It’s the best one I’ve found when it comes to connecting my store to TikTok shop. Customer support is also very fast and nice. I highly recommend!

Great in theory but poor performance and even poorer customer service. Products and orders fail to sync. Cancellations do not sync so items are shipped when the customer has received a refund. Every time we reach our to customer support, we go round in circles without any knowledge assistance. We end up having to research and fix the issues ourselves. Extremely overpriced, even more so for to poor system and service.

I have been using this app and so far it have been great, lot's of features and customer service is just as great.

Firstly i have to say this is what i was looking for all along and finally found it. Syncing my inventory quantity was proving a real pain but thanks to Aftership -Anmol and his team were really helpful. They took me through their app and answered any questions i had. The meeting and demo was setup nice and easy. I will continue using the app as the price point is just right. The team scheduled the meeting to my availability and the aftercare is the reason for choosing them. Thanks to the team once again.
