I love how user friendly the apps are. I also LOVE how fast and reliable the support team is. Today, Esther helped me out with a few questions that I had and even went directly to my website to screenshot and show me what to do. Being that I am a visual learner, I appreciated it so much. I've already downloaded all of the apps I can with Avada. They also have a customer loyalty app which is amazing! Its called Joy and also, run by Avada.
The customer service is very enthusiastic. Whenever I have any questions, Jasmine and Anivia patiently answered and even operate for me until. I am satisfied.
