Esther fixed my problem quickly and without asking me many questions, she was very polite and friendly, even though it was my fault in the beginning, we didn't waste time, she just helped me, that is rare! Great support from Prakash, he was great to talk with and easy to work with. I had a few questions regarding the countdown timer with which he helped me with and also help with a couple of other features as well.
