I'm yet to fully explore everything the app has to offer, but I've played around a bit with the Free Shipping Bar. Do not use the FBT! It will disable your checkout button when customers skip offer. Our business has suffer losses because of this app. As for the support is good at making you wait, then tell you technical team will revert another time!
