Muito bom, o app superou minhas expectativas e é muito facil de usar.Fiquei com algumas duvidas porém a atendente Juliana me ajudou e foi muito atenciosa. Resolveu meu problema.

10/10 recommend, my site was very complicated to work with but Liz was there with me every step of the way.

Great help from Aisha so solve a issue with the display of the badges on my pages,
The 1st badge kept duplicating and she was able to fix the error in short time.

When I was using the Trust Badges,I found that the website did not display after setting it up, so I contacted customer service, and Hana quickly helped me solve the problem. I have to say that it was very efficient and professional.

I just love this app. Emily from cutomer service was so helpful with all my questions. She made everything so fast and was so polite. I think the app is really great and can't wait to start using all thise fatures. It's a real treasure and I feel so lucky I found it "Yaaaay"!
I want to say a bit more, because I have an extra experience from today, I had an issue with the pop-up and contacted customer servise. Prakash answered and work on the problem for around 10 minutes. He fixed everything I needed and was so polite! Thank you one more time for your support and your amazing job. More companies have to be like yours!

I have to say LIZ is the person you need to help you if you are lucky as she is very professional and her knowledge of how everything works is remarkable.
Avada is a great product and even better when you get LIZ to help you so make sure you ask for her when you click the chat icon as any problems are sorted out very quickly with her.
I went back after an hour and she is still online waiting if i had any problems
I think she might be the manager if not she should be.
