Great Support nice APP!

I liked the application, it was very useful for me. It had some issues in the beginning, but Esther was very helpful to me.

After some misunderstandings Avada managed to solve my problems :-) The agents were always polite and gave their best to support me, and I appreciate that!

I'm just getting started with this app but I love the way it looks. The features are excellent and the customer support is wonderful. I had an issue connecting to my Facebook account in order to activate the live chat feature and the person who helped me stuck with me for quite a while until it was resolved. I definitely appreciated it and now everything is running smoothly.

I am very grateful with the service and help I have received from Avada. Avada is by far the most useful Shopify app I've used, and Jasmine and Toby is the most responsive/helpful I've met.

Excellent customer support. Both Esther and Emily helped me with my issue and resolved it quickly.

it is all great, I struggled a little bit at the beginning with understanding the mechanics but when I reached the customer support they solved it ASAP. Audrey and Gideon were great as customer support and were very good at understanding and with patience
