I had a quick question about the app before installing and to be honest, I've never received such a quick reply, ever! It had all the information I needed so I installed and the app itself is exactly what I was looking for. Well done to the dev team and thank you so much to Esther and the support team.
I've had a problem with the bar not showing up, it has been fixed by Hana in no time. Totally satisfied by their customer support!
Was already happy with the look of the app, but had an issue where customers wouldn't be redirected after clicking the 'learn more' link.
I contacted Liz through the live chat and the issue was fixed within 2 minutes!
