Fantastic support, I was helped quickly after I had questions and simple but good integration where you can also adjust things to taste.

I'm pretty good navigating Shopify. But when I encountered the Avada app, I got hung up and couldn't find the right course of action. So, I clicked the "chat" box to ask for help. And up popped Emily!

She was fantastic, asked me to look for this and that and to report what I found. I granted her access to my back end and she did what she had to do.

Within minutes my Avada EU GDPR Cookie Consent app was working. And I never lifted a finger.

NOTE TO AVADA MANAGEMENT: Emily's a gem, you won't find many like her, and her type tends to be discovered by competitors and "promoted." I strongly suggest Emily be awarded a larger office and a massive raise in pay. THIS WEEK!

Support from Esther was prompt. Now this little widget is working. Need to turn this on from theme settings.

We like this app. It helps us make sure we comply with data privacy laws. The app is also easily customizable and the team was willing to customize things for me that wasn't changeable in the menu. Very fast support too. For a free app, this is excellent.
