I have been using the app for several months, and it has been a great asset to my business. It's the most operationally convenient, visually pleasant, and cost-effective cookie banner I found on the app market. In addition to the product, the customer service is absolutely superb. Esther and Tony have been particularly helpful when I was having trouble reinstalling the app after a theme update. The 24/7 help desk solved my problem in a few minutes. I highly recommend Avada Cookie Banner.

This app worked wonders. The cookie pop-ups do not take up the whole screen like most of the apps on the shopify store and they have a dedicated team of people who will solve any problem that you ask of them and there super fast response time was the best part. I can't tell you many apps I have used and they would respond in a day, maybe two at most, but with this app they responded within minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Anthea today and she was very helpful and patient with me. Must give a big kudos to Anthea and her team.

I must say that this brand (AVADA) of apps is great for first time drop-shippers like myself.

I had a small issue with ther banner for cookies showing time and time again but Toby fixed it! good support experience although it took a bit of time. the app is free and it works so what more can i ask.

Had a major issue with my theme and the app didn't work, actually many apps didn't work I find out later. When I installed this the support agent Ester responded quickly and escalated it as soon as she realized it was a technical code issue. It was fixed and now both this app works as well as the other ones I had problems with. In order words this saved me a lot of time. Really good support team. They are quick, efficient and skilled.
