Fantastic experience with using Avada apps so far. The functionality is great and the customer support is excellent. Emily was very helpful, fast and polite in assisting to make some modifications to the apps setup. We use a couple of Avada apps and the confidence we have in the customer support team was an important factor for us in selecting Avada.

Hana was very helpful and helped me get the banner set up in my shop. I had updated my theme and was having trouble, she was able to sort it all out quickly.
