Very appreciated app, no more hassle. You can configure basically everything relevant for your shop.
If you run into issues, they have a 24/7 support with quick responses and good understanding of their tool. Juliana supported me through an issue and even checked it from her side, we very appreciated this! Thank you again for your help!
Does what I need it to do and they have great support. I'm not sure what else there is to say - great!
Great free app to ensure we are compliant with the European Law. Some features are missing (enabling the customer to select his tracking preferences for example) but despite this the app is doing its role.
And customer service is great and very reactive (thanks for your help Hana!)
This app is so good! Free and very useful. Sunny is so kind. The setup steps are very simple. Simple and beautiful. The support team (Sunny) was very friendly and resolved my issue quickly.
