It's my first time using Avada and was quite lost on some of the workflows. Hana advised me really well and resolved my issues very quickly. 10/10
They're the best! Customer support is real and handles things quickly, they'll diagnose & solve your problems faster than a kid can make a scoop of ice cream disappear AND are friendly while doing it. I would rather have my Avada customer service reps as President than any candidate currently running. Liz & Daisy for President 2024

The customer support in unparalleled. Having a live agent to chat with has been so amazing for setting the whole thing up for a noob like me. The whole process has been quite painless and easy to use and I am the least tech savy person I know other than my mom. Esther has been extremely helpful with the process.
Mia is also amazing. Super quick responses and got everything sorted out in a few minutes.
Really happy so far. I also love how generous they are with the free plan, and I think its brilliant marketing. Get hooked when you're small and then why would we switch later? We most likely wouldn't.

App is great. Really made the setting up of email campaigns a lot less complex. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I had a few challenges linking campaigns and pop ups to my store and everybody helped so much, even when agents switched over it was still seamless and resolved very quickly

First email marketing app I've used as a small business, and it has been great so far. There have been a few hiccups here and there, and i feel like the app has room to grow, but overall good for starters.
Absolutely love the customer service. They are REALLY quick with their replies and get straight to helping you with any issues. Shoutout to Esther for being so patient and taking the initiatives to help me to change certain settings on her end (really appreciate it! <3).

The support was amazing! Esther help me resolve an issue I had with syncing my email list. It literally took less than 5 min and on top she bumped up the number of emails I had as a monthly limit. So, I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience.
