Great Customer Service. Tracy helped me make sure my popups were set up correctly in a timely manner. Abby also later helped me make adjustments to my popups. Service is quick and helpful. Would 100% recommend.
Estou ainda configurando, mais os recursos atendem bastante o que necessito, e o suporte do Hakeem foi muito bom, eles tem uma equipe de suporte muito boa. Prestativa e com retorno rápido. Recomendo !

It's a great app, very mindful when developed, but not an easy one to set. New users might get lost when setting up as there is a lot of work to do. But don't worry, they have 24/7 customer service! Liz and Drake have been so patient with me, love them both:) PS: Love to see the templates got so many combinations for users to edit.
So far Ava Email is easy to use and makes you look great while doing it. I'm still setting everything up but when I hit a small snag in the design part of my welcome email, I was able to connect with Emily, not in minutes it was seconds. I couldn't believe how quickly she replied. Emily was able to resolve my problem and I was back editing my welcome email in no time. If everything turns out like her support I think this will be a winning email marketing program! I'll edit this in a few months to let you know.

I reached out to Hana for assistance and was immensely pleased with the promptness of her responses. Within just a minute or two, she was connected and ready to assist. I inquired about setting up a "Buy X Get Y" coupon system, and although they don't currently have that exact feature, Hana was quick to provide alternatives. I appreciated her suggestions but opted for a text-based solution given my current timeline to launch my store.
One significant highlight was Hana's generous offer of 12,000 free emails per month, which I found to be an excellent value addition. While the exact solution I was looking for wasn't available, Hana's swift, kind, and proactive assistance made my experience a positive one. I'll be sticking with the current app for now, but it's great to know there are support representatives like Hana to assist when needed.
