Avada Email Marketing & SMS

Avada is very thorough and their customer service team is excellent. When I have an issue, Emily resolves it quickly and responds with detailed responses to my questions and screenshots.

Very good and quick help from Lydia. She helped me testing my Email Marketing Workflows and solved an issue for me.

Excellent customer service!!! I'm having a hard time editing one of the templates and the customer service agent offered to do it for me. Customer service beyond expectation.

Jasmine was the best!!!!!! Instead of sending me articles and videos which I did not understand she walked me thru everything and after 3 days its finally all set up! Great work Jasmine!
