Hi, this is my first day using Avada. But the customer service has been great so far. Agent Jasmine helped me and walked me through a portion of the onboarding process I had questions about. She was very helpful and nice and assisted me very quickly. I appreciated that! I give 5 stars for customer service so far. Thank you!

Hana really helped out a lot during the set up. App is easy to use and intuitive and if you need anything you can just text to the support chat, ussualy they respond within minutes already!

Customer support response was incredibly fast and also, they provided me with a very effective and fast solution, thanks Prakash! I use the app to create Pop-ups and email campaigns

Avada is very thorough and their customer service team is excellent. When I have an issue, Emily resolves it quickly and responds with detailed responses to my questions and screenshots.

Another great app by Avada. I've been using this app for a couple of months and have found their support very responsive. Both Hana and Audrey have helped me on a number of occasions.

Started out with the free plan and have since moved over to pro. The price is very reasonable. So far so good!

The app has been pretty good. I had some issues with some parts of it but Hana was really thoughtful and helped me out with everything I was needing. She was very kind in the process as well; I would recommend this app.
