I like Esther's enthusiastic help, but I encountered another customer service attitude that was very poor. I don't like it. Overall, this app has a lot of functions. I'm considering whether to buy its service, and I'm still trying it
I would recommend Avada integration with shopify Any day!! Brilliant integration with Shopify/reporting/analytics/templates and a superb hands on customer support which can help instantly. Jasmine from customer support helped me to run my Abandoned cart workflow like a breeze...She was super helpful and responsive...It makes a huge difference to a customer like me!!
Esther and Toby were great at helping me navigate some technical issues. Set up was not as streamline as it could be.
I am a client of avada and have had a great experience with the company. I have used the product for 4 months and have had no issues or problems. The customer service is on point. I have also had a great experience using the product. I have had a few issues with the product and avada was quick and helpful in getting me fixed. I would recommend avada to anyone looking to upgrade to a more reliable and user friendly product

A very helpful and easy to use platform for email marketing purposes. I was hesitant of how to proceed at first but Avada made the transition very smooth.
This by far has been the best app, and service I have received. Online support is always available with resources and willing to help! Thank you guys so much!
