I struggled to get a campaign email done. Hana was amazing in assisting to find the root cause, acting as a steam less integration between me and the technical team. Hi, am Humphrey from Topbrandluxuries, and is the first time i use your service, and most importantly i would like to recomment one of your support team by the name of HANA, the lady gave me the support i was not expecting, she was so helpful, its like she was constantly monitoring and seeing the problems, i am going thru, and every problem i had, she would offer to fix it on my behalf apart from letting me do it myself.. i wish all the team member could be like her and be so supportive, i was actually confused with everything, but she made it easy for me. 5 stars goes to HANA
