The app has helped me save customers who abandoned the purchase, and the customer service is very good. It would be better if some settings were optimized

This is my second store, and I did not hesitate a second in using Avada for my email marketing needs.
The support is fantastic:
- Chat option
-Always available
-No long wait time
-Get a transcript of the conversation sent automatically, so I can refer to it for later use
- Support team is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient (*they just solve, or fix my issues right there and then, and it's always been very quick!)
*Today I dealt with Esther & she was "The Bomb"!

The reasons why I like Avada:
- Clean & sophisticated look
- The free plan has wayyyyyyy more than what new businesses need ( number of contacts, emails, types of forms to collect emails...
- I can do it all on my phone
- The email templates come with template text, so I just have to tweak it and enable!

I like it simple, clean, and easy to implement.

If you want to start a newsletter, set up freebies, send out coupons... you should definitely check them out!

5 STAR AWESOME AVADA..
actually while setting up my store..
i am using avada apps very helpful..
one by one i am setting up one app and install another avada app..
all apps are easy to use..
AVADA support is awesome..
Specially Hana.. She is so polite, intelligent, and fast to resolve all my issues..

I really appreciate your customer service it is the best service ever received as a merchant from a third-party app. Lucy, thanks for all your kind and willingness to support setting up all functions by yourself personally. I want to ask for more help from your customer service in the future as well.

Support from Lucy was amazing! Regarding the app though, my contact list had gone over 500 and so welcome emails had stopped sending. I've found out that this has been going on for about 6 weeks - it would have been good if I'd been notified of this as it has no doubt lost me sales.
