The app works well, and support is very responsive. If you are lucky enough to get Hana as your support agent, all your problems will be solved in a quick and friendly way.

Daisy is the best support assistant ever - She needs a promotion!
A true example of real customer service - she offers her assistance without you even asking,and regularly sends emails whenever she notices a problem on our account - She is like our very own employee.Avada won't be good without her!

I had troubles in the past but almost instantly the customer service of avada solved my problem and now I'm having a great experience with this app. Highly recommended!!!

This is an excellent App for Email Marketing. Easy to create different forms, create automated responses. They support it excellent - shout out to Hana for all her help today. Not just Hana, every support contact we have had has been excellent - knowledgeable and helpful.
