And it worked. Very patient help and support for non tech users. Thanks Penelope. I can say that if the product were not free, I would be pleased with the support. even better that the product is free!!

It's great that it offers a free plan, so starting merchants can afford it without big investments. Also, the 24/7 support chat is great, Hana and Toby did amazing job solving our problem!

Had a persistent issue with order mutliples/minimum order quantity not working in our locked wholesale section of store. The Avada team chatted with me on and off for a whole day, and a few days later the whole thing was fixed! Really great customer care and follow through from Alyssa, will definitely continue to use and recommend their products.
