I was so frustrated to customize the invoice at our end, in the beginning. then The lovely team staff Jasmine and Fennic step in and provide wonderful assistance in an efficient timer manner. now everything is all fixed. The best customer service team I have ever seen. AVADA is the app you must have
I was looking for an app that will automatically add our packing slip to the fulfilmentservices-email. this app does a perfect job and the customer service is extremely helpful.I would like to thank Fennic in particular for adjusting the layout of our packing slip

Just setting up the app and received a speedy reply from Lydia on the help desk. looks promising so far . I like the fact that you can configure the invoice to suit your needs .
I wanted to change the default print template. Couldn't figure out how to do it through the app, so I reached out to customer support. Within an hour or two, they sent over a revised version, asked if it was what I needed. It was mostly perfect, with one item still needing to be changed. In less than 12 hours from the time I reached out, they had resolved my problem and made changes to my default template for me. This was great! Not just sending a link to "here's how to do what you need." But rather they actually did it for me. Thanks!
