On my second tech support chat, Liz was able to help find the step I was missing in changing order templates very quickly, so that I could get a customer documentation they required right away. It was a perfect experience that took maybe three minutes. Having support right there in invaluable... thanks so much Liz!
On my first tech support chat I found the AVADA app works pretty well. With the help of Juliana from technical support, I was able to get the documents I needed for customers up and running in very little time just working with her through the online chat. Generally a very useful app, I did have problems with one invoice but they have really helpful and prompt support who rectified this in no time. Would definitely recommend.

So far everything is working well. Hope to see more advanced features updated in the future. Had a small problem setting up the automated emails, and Emily from the support team was nice and quick to help solve it. Overall it is recommended.
