We've used the app for a few months now and takes the hassle out of having to do invoices manually. Works seamlessly and customer service is excellent.
Needed some customizing but we managed to get the app to customize the invoice to cater to our needs. Fennic from Customer Support was very patient and helpful in working with us to ensure that all our needs were met. Highly recommended.
[orig June '22] I needed our PDF invoices to say specific terms like Tax Invoice for NZ taxation requirements. Contacting Avada through their chat facility I worked with Abby and Tony who made all the changes I need. Thank you! [added Aug '22] Additionally I have needed to add other info to all our invoices from data pulled from our Shopify store... Abby was excellent at listening to my issues, having them corrected and updating me on progress - it works just as it should. Thank you Abby!

Works great for printing invoices (that's all I use it for). The support team helped me swiftly when I had an issue with scent choices not appearing on the invoices. Good to go!
