Avada SEO Speed Image Optimize

Avada app has been very comprehensive and helpful in identifying areas to improve our website. the support from people like Penelope and others has been very quick and responsive. It has been good to have support prompts identifying areas to look at like speed issues. I will keep working through the proposed changes and hope to see improvements in speed and SEO scores, so far all good.

You get assistance fairly quickly and results are straightforward and to the point with images. Ricky helped me most recently.

this app has helped me get a few things done that I could not have done and I love how it is set up to make your optimization easy and help is always a question away!

Great little app has some bugs but the support team fix them very promptly. Thanks to Lydia and Andrew for your quick fixes ie within 20 mins,

The app was easy to install and get started. We had one issue with images not displaying properly once we started applying the automated fixes. The Avada Support team (Hallyfe, Tiana and William) were fantastic and quickly remediated our issue by identifying the root cause and issuing a fix. Excited to see how this positively impacts our SEO in the coming weeks!

support is great, an very much helpfull so nothing there. Otherwise its just me, but it seems that it cant detect all issues an when trying to fix it, there always come something else so i guess its just me but support and help no fingers to pint there :)

Avada is a reliable SEO tool for Shopify. While no tool can claim to be perfect, their human interaction feature is exceptional, providing consistent support whenever you need assistance.

Its very clear this app and the help line is very responsive.
However there is a lot of manual work to be done and you need to check all the AI as it often is terrible English and doesn't make sense to humans!

Very nice and professional staff. Can't quite give 5 starts yet since I have only tested the trial so far. Tiana was very helpful!

It offers good improvements for the site and has a great support team. Mr. Ricky is helpful and friendly a lot too.
