Ricky assisted me with the online chat service the Avada SEO provides. He was quick, easy to understand and provided a tutorial of how to update the fixes needed to ensure my website ran quicker and more efficient.
I 100 % recommend using the Avada app! There are a lot of features, that are very helpful, like optimizing speed, adjusting images and much more!
Even more, I can recommend the support team! I needed help in very specific matters (like nofollow-links or too many h1 tags) and they could help me instantly. My special thank's goes to Esther and the technician Tony for solving the issues right away!

I've just started using this app so can't comment on the app itself, but the support is excellent - Tiana is very professional and patient. I've tried other apps where support takes days to get back to you, but AVADA has a live chat and my issues are always answered within a few minutes!
