From my experience with Shopify apps, I really liked Avada because of its user-friendly interface and its ease of understanding and configuration. My store should perform better in the next few days, I'll be back here, but for now the experience is good.
The support is attentive and available for whatever we need, Audrey helped me answer my questions about some specific functions.
Incredible support.... quickly fixing my issues... while taking the time to help me understand the problem as well. Truly a one shop stop for all SEO needs and problem solving !
