I had a problem formatting my meta description page using the liquid code variable. Ie do not know anything about coding buy Ricky helped me out very quickly and was very professional and problem swiftly. I am thankful I got Ricky to address my problem.

The app itself has a lot of great tools built into it and they are very intuitive. The other thing that I like about this app is their support. They have a chat support agent on duty 24/7 and they respond usually within 60 seconds. If they aren't able to personally fix something, they escalate to another team who seem to get onto it immediately. The few times I have had to get help from their higher tiered support, I will let them know the issue, go to bed and when I wake up the next morning, it was fixed within a few hours or less of the request. Generally the chat support is able to fix things right on the spot in a few minutes. They really deserve 6 stars. I have the Pro Plan and I feel it is worth the reasonable cost.

I love the customer service. If I have any questions about the updated function, they respond fast. Here thanks Tiana, for helping me set up Google structured data within 5 minutes, with no wait time.

I've been in e-commerce for a few decades and honestly this is the best SEO optimization solution I've come across. I wish Avada offered this service for other e-commerce platforms I manage. It is AMAZING and easy to use! This is easily the best app I've installed on my ShopifyPlus store.

It seems to have all the essential features for SEO for most websites. Great customer/tech support. I would offer a 5 star review, however, there are some issues with integration into Shopify that ought to be considered - specifically, duplication of tags and meta tags. I commented out the Shopify handling of both in preference of Avada handling those tasks. But, Avada ought to alert users as to the possibility of duplication and how to resolve the issue.
